Freelancers (m/f/d) in the field of city center development and center/city management

We are looking for freelancers (m/f/d) to support the development and qualified supervision of centre and city management throughout Germany with immediate effect or by arrangement.

Your tasks include

Development of structures and processes by and with public and private stakeholders
Involvement in participation processes and advice for stakeholders from the real estate industry, retail and cultural sectors, etc.
Collaboration on communication topics in the context of the project assignment
Targeted moderation of workshops and events
Support with project management tasks
Participation in appointments with authorities and coordination meetings, including taking minutes

You should meet the following requirements:

Several years of professional experience in place marketing, center/city management, event or project management and/or communication
Interest in participation and urban development processes
Administrative experience and/or political understanding an advantage
Structured and independent way of working
Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
Very good presentation technique
Initiative and open-mindedness for new topics
